Arizona formally applies to Congress under Article V of the Constitution to call a convention limited to proposing a constitutional amendment setting term limits for U.S. House and Senate members.

The Secretary of State shall transmit copies of the resolution to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, relevant congressional committees, Arizona's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.

Arizona's application covers the same subject matter as applications from other states and shall be aggregated with them to reach the two-thirds threshold of states required to compel Congress to call a convention, but shall not be combined with applications on other subjects.

This resolution serves as a continuing application under Article V until at least two-thirds of state legislatures submit applications on the same term limits subject.
