Affirms the duty of the United States to officially recognize and commemorate the Assyrian Genocide perpetrated by the Ottoman Empire between 1914 and 1923, which killed at least 300,000 Assyrians along with over one million Armenians, Greeks, and other Christians.

Directs the United States to reject any efforts to associate the federal government with denial of the Assyrian Genocide or any other genocide.

Calls on the government of Turkey to acknowledge the genocides against Assyrian, Armenian, and Greek populations, issue a formal apology, and take meaningful steps toward restitution.

Encourages education and public understanding of the Assyrian Genocide and its relevance to modern crimes against humanity.

Acknowledges Arizona's significant Assyrian-American population of more than 25,000 people and honors their survival and perseverance.
