Supports enactment of the "Securing America's Land from Foreign Interference Act" or similar federal legislation to prohibit the sale of U.S. land to foreign investors.

Cites U.S. Department of Agriculture data showing foreign investors held interests in more than 37 million acres of U.S. agricultural land as of 2020, with Chinese investments increasing from 13,720 acres in 2010 to over 350,000 in 2020.

States that foreign land purchases, particularly by the Chinese Communist Party, pose national security risks including espionage opportunities near military bases and threats to food supply security.

Notes that approximately 14 states have restrictions on foreign agricultural land ownership but the federal government has not enacted comparable restrictions.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the U.S. President, Congress leadership, and all Arizona members of Congress.
