Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-1595 regarding failure to provide identification after a traffic stop.

Changes requirements for persons other than drivers to provide identification to peace officers or traffic enforcement agents from "evidence of identity" to specifically "full name, date of birth and residence address" when an officer has reasonable cause to believe a violation occurred.

Maintains classification of failure to provide required identification as a class 2 misdemeanor.

Allows persons to avoid conviction under subsection B if they provide the five required identity elements at the time of the violation and later produce a valid driver license to the court.
