Appropriates $2,434,868 in fiscal year 2023-2024 and $2,484,600 in fiscal year 2024-2025 from the nuclear emergency management fund for emergency management and nuclear response programs.

Allocates $1,160,764 (FY 2023-2024) and $1,185,598 (FY 2024-2025) with 8.5 full-time equivalent positions to the division of emergency management of the department of emergency and military affairs.

Allocates $321,319 (FY 2023-2024) and $308,569 (FY 2024-2025) with 2.88 full-time equivalent positions to the Arizona department of agriculture for off-site nuclear emergency response plan programs.

Distributes $862,785 (FY 2023-2024) and $900,433 (FY 2024-2025) to Maricopa County departments and agencies, and $90,000 annually to the city of Buckeye for off-site nuclear emergency response plan implementation.

Assesses the total appropriated amounts against consortiums of public service corporations and municipal corporations operating commercial nuclear generating stations in Arizona.
