Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1604 to expand the definition of aggravated criminal damage to explicitly include damaging public or private monuments, memorials, or statues.

Classifies aggravated criminal damage to monuments, memorials, or statues the same as damage to religious buildings, schools, or educational facilities for sentencing purposes.

Damage of $10,000 or more to these structures is a class 4 felony; damage of $1,500 to $9,999 is a class 5 felony; and all other cases are class 6 felonies.

Defines "damages" to include repair or replacement costs, labor costs, material costs, and equipment costs necessary to repair the property damage.
