Prohibits use of state tax monies, federal monies passing through state treasury, or other state monies for drag shows targeting minors by any person, entity, or state-funded institution.

Prohibits distribution of state monies to any person or entity that operates a drag show targeting minors.

Prohibits the state, cities, towns, counties, school districts, and other public bodies from receiving or expending private monies for drag shows targeting minors.

Defines "drag show targeting minors" as an in-person performance where adult performers dress opposite their gender at birth to exaggerate gender signifiers and engage in singing, dancing, monologue, or skits for an audience of persons under eighteen years of age.

Establishes that persons or entities convicted of violating these provisions are prohibited from receiving or spending any state monies for thirty-six months after conviction.
