Department of Revenue must provide an annual report to the Department of Health Services by August 31 each year detailing marijuana tax collections from the previous fiscal year from marijuana establishments and nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries.

Department of Health Services shall compare reported marijuana tax collections data against actual revenue and inventory of marijuana establishments and nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries.

Department of Health Services must report any discrepancies between reported tax collections and actual revenue/inventory to the Attorney General's office for investigation and enforcement action.

This section becomes effective only upon an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature, as required by the Arizona Constitution.
