Increases the itemized reporting threshold for in-state individual contributions from $100 to $200 per election cycle.

Requires committees to separately itemize contributions from individuals registered as lobbyists (authorized lobbyist, authorized public lobbyist, designated lobbyist, designated public lobbyist, or lobbyist for compensation) and include the lobbyist's registration identification number from the secretary of state's lobbyist reporting system.

Renumbers existing contribution and disbursement categories in the campaign finance reporting requirements to accommodate the new lobbyist contribution category.

Maintains existing aggregate reporting for in-state individual contributions not exceeding the threshold ($200 for the election cycle).
