Requires electronic tabulating equipment used in Arizona elections to meet or exceed United States Department of Defense cybersecurity standards.

Mandates that all parts of electronic tabulating equipment be manufactured in the United States.

Requires all source codes for electronic tabulating equipment to be submitted to and maintained on file by the Arizona Auditor General.

Allows the legislature, county boards of supervisors, county recorders, and election officers to request source codes from the Auditor General for verification purposes.

Permits superior courts to appoint a special master to review source codes and equipment in election tabulation disputes, with the special master issuing a public report to the court and Secretary of State.
