Amends section 32-2811 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add an exemption from ionizing radiation certification requirements for podiatric medical assistants who hold a valid certificate in podiatric radiology approved by the state board of podiatry examiners.

Clarifies existing language in the statute regarding ionizing radiation use by licensed practitioners and certificate holders, including updates to references to "osteopathic medicine" and "dental radiology."

Maintains that the exemption aligns with similar exemptions already provided to dental hygienists, dental assistants, hospital residents, and government employees who use ionizing radiation under appropriate supervision.

Approved by the Governor on March 28, 2023, and filed with the Secretary of State on the same date.
