Classifies animal fighting (item xxxvi) and cockfighting (item xxxvii) as racketeering offenses when committed for financial gain as part of a criminal syndicate.

Enables prosecution of animal fighting and cockfighting operations under Arizona's organized crime and racketeering statutes, which carry enhanced penalties for criminal enterprise activities.

Applies to acts that would be punishable by more than one year imprisonment under Arizona law, regardless of whether formally charged or indicted.
