Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1211 regarding discharging firearms at structures.

A person who knowingly discharges a firearm at a residential structure is guilty of a class 2 felony.

A person who knowingly discharges a firearm at a nonresidential structure is guilty of a class 3 felony.

Defines "residential structure" as a movable or immovable, permanent or temporary structure adapted for human residence or lodging, or both.

Defines "structure" as any building, vehicle, railroad car or place with sides and a floor that is separately securable and used for lodging, business or transportation.
