Removes "a device that is designed, made or adapted to muffle the report of a firearm" from the list of prohibited weapons in Arizona law.

Renumbers remaining prohibited weapon categories in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-3101 to account for the removal of the muffler device restriction.

Updates cross-references in Section 13-3110 regarding simulated explosive devices to reflect the renumbered prohibited weapons list.

Maintains all other prohibited weapons restrictions including bombs, grenades, automatic firearms, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, incendiary devices, and improvised explosive devices.
