AZ SB1115

Adds definition of "foreign entity" to Arizona law, including foreign governments, state-controlled enterprises, companies headquartered in China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, or Venezuela, and entities controlled by citizens of those countries.

Prohibits sales of state lands to foreign entities effective from the bill's enactment date.

Prohibits leases or subleases of state lands to foreign entities effective from the bill's enactment date.

Maintains existing prohibition on sales, leases, or subleases of state lands to corporations or associations not qualified to transact business in Arizona.

Clarifies that U.S. government, its states, territories, and possessions are not considered foreign entities.
