Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-132 regarding certification of exchange teachers and professors.

State Board of Education shall issue temporary certificates to exchange teachers and professors from foreign countries and other states whose training and background are equivalent to the local teacher or professor involved in the exchange.

Changes the language from "promulgated" to "adopted" when referring to the board's rules for certification.

Adds "or professor" to clarify that the equivalency requirement applies to both teachers and professors.
