SB1134 - Appropriations for Relief of Named Claimants

• Appropriates $4,712.75 from the risk management revolving fund to the department of administration for claims by Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. ($722.00) and Strategic Litigation Partners ($3,990.75).

• Appropriates $1,155.22 from the acupuncture board of examiners fund to Central Services Bureau for a FY21 claim.

• Appropriates $169,301.84 from the state general fund to the state department of corrections for claims by The GEO Group, Inc., NEOED, Xerox, Arizona Correctional Industries, and Arizona State University.

• Appropriates $7,848.08 from the state highway fund to the department of transportation for claims by Badger Daylighting Corp., Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Ricoh USA, Inc., Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., Trane U.S., Inc., and Sprinkler World of Arizona, Inc.

• Appropriates additional smaller sums from various agency funds (board of equalization, homeopathic medicine examiners, industrial commission, medical board, naturopathic physicians board, nursing care institution administrators, optometry board, state personnel board, private postsecondary education board, psychologist examiners board, and veterinary medical examiners board) totaling $40,353.84 for claims by Central Services Bureau and Konica Minolta.
