Prohibits financial institutions, insurers, and credit reporting agencies doing business in Arizona from discriminating against any person based on political affiliation or social credit, environmental, social, governance, or similar values-based criteria.

Allows financial institutions to offer investments, products, or services with subjective standards if the standards are fully disclosed and explained to customers or investors before entering into a contract.

Preserves the right of financial institutions, insurers, and credit reporting agencies to discontinue or refuse business when necessary for the physical safety of their employees.

Declares that discrimination based on social credit or environmental, social justice, and governmental scores is a matter of statewide concern that threatens the rights, institutions, and foundation of a free democratic state.
