Amends section 35-323 to prohibit public monies investment in companies identified pursuant to section 35-392, subsection B, paragraph 1, in addition to existing terrorism-related restrictions.

Renames article 8 of title 35, chapter 2 from "TERRORISM COUNTRY DIVESTMENTS" to "STATE TREASURER AND RETIREMENT SYSTEM DIVESTMENTS."

Requires the state board of investment to adopt a divestment policy identifying and divesting from U.S. companies that donate to or invest in organizations promoting abortions for minors or sexually explicit material in K-12 schools.

Defines "sexually explicit material" to include textual, visual, or audio depictions of sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or ultimate sexual acts.

Authorizes the director of the department of administration to prohibit state and political subdivision purchases from identified companies until they cease the prohibited activities, with restrictions not applying to existing contracts but applying to renewals.
