• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 13-4405 and 39-127, and adds new section 39-129 to address public records related to law enforcement video recordings.

• Requires law enforcement agencies to inform crime victims that they have the right to receive one copy of police reports and video recordings at no charge from the investigating agency.

• Allows counties, cities, towns, and other political subdivisions to establish a one-time fee not exceeding $46 per video-hour for public records requests of video recordings from local law enforcement agencies, except for crime victims covered under section 39-127.

• Permits jurisdictions to consider the reasonable costs of reviewing, transmitting, copying, and redacting video recordings when determining the fee amount.
