Amends section 15-808 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify requirements for schools providing Arizona online instruction.

Removes the requirement for schools to maintain daily logs tracking time spent by pupils on academic tasks, and instead requires that each pupil receive minimum instructional time or hours as prescribed in statute.

Allows schools to adopt an instructional time model pursuant to section 15-901.08 to meet minimum annual instructional time requirements and permits flexible methods for determining instructional hours and enrollment calculations.

Changes funding calculations for full-time and part-time online instruction students to reference remote setting funding pursuant to section 15-901.08 rather than specified percentage reductions of base support levels.
