• State Board of Education must require public schools to complete Arizona education and career action plans for each student in grades 9-12 and update them annually.

• Department of Education shall establish an early education and career exploration program and contract with a nonprofit entity to provide a career mapping tool matching students with apprenticeships, internships, and work-based learning opportunities.

• Career mapping tool must include industry-recognized career tracks, single-sign-on access, customization options for schools, and allow students to access profiles after graduation.

• Department of Education must submit annual reports by December 31 beginning in 2023 detailing fund allocation, work-based learning opportunities created, and student usage of the career mapping tool.

• $25,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to establish and administer the early education and career exploration program fund.
