Allows licensed hospitals to request assistance from criminal justice agencies to identify unidentified patients (incapacitated or deceased) using fingerprint or biometric identification analysis.

Permits hospitals or other persons to fingerprint or obtain biometric information from unidentified patients without consent or authorization for identification purposes.

Requires criminal justice agencies to provide only the patient's name to the hospital and prohibits disclosure of any criminal history records.

Makes the requesting hospital responsible for all costs associated with fingerprinting or obtaining biometric information and requires payment of fees established under section 41-1750, subsection J.
