Requires registered sex offenders who are legal guardians of students to annually notify the school principal or administrator of their registration status within 10 days of the student's enrollment.

Mandates that probation officers annually determine if a probationer on probation at the time of student enrollment is subject to the notification requirement.

Requires probation officers to verify that schools have received the required notification from registered sex offenders under their supervision.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 38, Article 3 by adding section 13-3828.
