Requires public officers to publish quarterly reports on their websites disclosing spending on publications, resources, or public service announcements that contain their name or likeness and are distributed free of charge or using taxpayer resources.

Defines "public officer" to include state and local public officers as defined in section 38-541 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Defines "public service announcement" as any audio, video, digital, or print message distributed to the general public to create awareness about a topic of public interest.

Applies to materials distributed free of charge or through the use of taxpayer resources.
