Amends section 36-2981 of Arizona Revised Statutes to modify the definition of "member" in the children's health insurance program.

Changes the income eligibility threshold for children under nineteen years of age from two hundred percent of the federal poverty level to three hundred percent of the federal poverty level, effective October 1, 2023.

Eliminates the previous requirement that the two hundred percent threshold apply "for each fiscal year thereafter" after October 1, 1999, replacing it with a specific end date of September 30, 2023.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including changing "per cent" to "percent" and "for the provision of" to "to provide" in the definition of "contractor."
