Adds requirement for schools, school boards, executive boards, and municipalities to provide seating sufficient to accommodate reasonably anticipated attendance at public meetings when feasible, without requiring relocation outside the largest regular meeting room.

Changes language from "permitted" to "allowed" regarding public attendance at meetings of public bodies.

Adds requirement that agendas for meetings conducted through technological devices must include notice of the time that the public will have physical access to the meeting place.

Makes grammatical and technical corrections throughout the open meetings law statutes, including changing "twenty-four hour" to "twenty-four-hour" and "utilized" to "used."
