Repeals section 15-249.15 of Arizona Revised Statutes and amends sections 15-393, 15-393.01, and 15-398 regarding career technical education (CTE) districts.

Removes provisions requiring grade nine CTE students to reach the fortieth day of grade eleven enrollment in an approved program before receiving funding, and eliminates the requirement for an in-demand regional education list compiled by the office of economic opportunity.

Modifies section 15-393.01 to remove references to students meeting requirements under the repealed funding restrictions and adjusts annual reporting requirements for career technical education districts.

Updates section 15-398 to remove the restriction that associate degree programs offered by CTE districts must be on the in-demand regional education list, allowing districts to offer associate degrees based on the criteria already specified in statute.

Streamlines CTE district operations by eliminating certain funding conditions while maintaining accreditation and industry demand requirements for associate degree programs.
