Requires pharmacists to dispense prescription orders for off-label drug use written by medical practitioners during a declared public health emergency under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-787.

Provides pharmacists immunity from criminal prosecution and board discipline when refusing to dispense a prescription in good faith if the refusal is based on legal concerns or documented clinical safety reasons unrelated to off-label use.

Allows pharmacists to refuse to dispense when the drug is unavailable on the market, the pharmacist lacks necessary equipment or knowledge to safely dispense it, or the pharmacy does not routinely stock the drug.

Requires pharmacists to exercise professional judgment in patients' best interests when practicing pharmacy.
