Establishes minimum waiting periods before individuals placed on lifetime probation for sexual offenses may petition the court to terminate probation: 20 years for Class 2-3 felonies and 10 years for Class 4-6 felonies.

Requires probation departments to conduct investigation of arrest notifications and warrant checks before recommending modification or early termination of probation for felony sexual offenses.

Prohibits courts from issuing orders to terminate or modify probation sentences for sexual offenses if the person has current or pending criminal charges.

Does not apply to persons requesting annual probation review hearings pursuant to section 13-923.
