Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2917 to add immunity from public nuisance charges for domestic violence victims.

Exempts persons who are, have been, or are about to become victims of domestic violence offenses from liability under public nuisance laws.

Maintains existing public nuisance definitions related to health hazards, obstructions, and obscene materials within specified distances of schools, parks, and residential areas.

Preserves county attorneys', attorneys general, and city attorneys' authority to bring abatement and injunction actions for public nuisances.

Retains class 2 misdemeanor penalty for knowingly maintaining or committing a public nuisance or failing to remove one.
