Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-2053 to modify the Indian nations and tribes legislative day requirements.

Requires the governor's office on tribal relations to cooperate with representatives from Arizona's Indian nations and the legislative indigenous peoples caucus when facilitating the annual legislative day.

Designates the legislative day to occur on Wednesday of the first week of each regular legislative session, with the Senate hosting in odd-numbered years and the House hosting in even-numbered years.

Establishes that the hosting chamber shall hold a joint session of the legislature to pay tribute to American Indian history, culture, and contributions to the United States.

Clarifies that Indian nations and tribes legislative day is not a legal holiday.
