Allows employees entitled to vote at primary or general elections in Arizona to be absent from employment on election day or during in-person early voting for voting purposes.

Permits employees to be absent for up to five consecutive hours at the beginning or end of their workshift to vote, with no penalty or wage deduction.

Requires employees to notify their employer of the voting absence before election day, and allows employers to specify which hours the employee may be absent.

Makes it a class 2 misdemeanor for employers to refuse voting time off, penalize employees for voting absences, reduce wages, or otherwise violate the voting absence provisions.
