Creates a searchable online database on the Department of Health Services' public website containing names of health professionals with revoked licenses or certifications from the preceding five years, revocation dates, and the regulatory board that revoked the license.

Requires each health profession regulatory board to report all license and certification revocations to the department, including historical revocations from July 1, 2019 through July 1, 2024.

Database must be posted by July 1, 2024, with health profession regulatory boards notified of required reporting information and standards.

Amends section 36-446.03 to require fingerprint submission for criminal history background checks from applicants for nursing care institution administrator licensure and assisted living facility manager certification by July 1, 2024.

Updates legislative notification requirements to specify that board minutes and executive decisions be provided to chairpersons of senate and house health committees.
