Prohibits employers from requiring employees to refrain from inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing wages as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign waivers or documents that deny the right to disclose or discuss wages.

Prohibits employers from discharging, formally disciplining, or otherwise discriminating against employees for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing wages of themselves or other employees.

Allows employees who are discharged, discriminated against, or retaliated against for protected wage discussion activities to recover reinstatement, lost wages and work benefits with interest, and equitable relief through civil action.

Civil actions must be commenced within one year after the cause of action occurs.
