Requires physicians (licensed under chapters 13 or 17), nurse practitioners (chapter 15), and physician assistants (chapter 25) to inform pregnant patients that medical assistance benefits may be available for prenatal care, childbirth, and neonatal care.

Mandates informing pregnant patients that the father of the unborn child is liable to assist in child support, even if he offered to pay for abortion (exception: information may be omitted in cases of rape or incest).

Requires notification that public and private agencies and services are available to assist pregnant women during pregnancy and after birth if they choose not to have an abortion, including adoption options.

Requires informing patients that coercing a woman to undergo an abortion is unlawful and that the Department of Health Services maintains a website describing the unborn child and listing abortion alternatives.

Requires informing pregnant patients of their right to review the Department of Health Services website on these topics and that printed copies of materials will be provided free of charge upon request.
