Establishes a transportation funding pilot program administered by the Department of Education to provide per-pupil weighted transportation funding to participating school districts.

Allows participating school districts to exclude transportation revenue control limits and transportation support levels from their revenue and district support level calculations during program participation.

Directs the Department of Education to develop support level weights for transportation costs that exceed basic per pupil funding.

Appropriates $50,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Department of Education for the pilot program, with unencumbered or unexpended monies reverting to the general fund on June 30, 2026.

Repeals the transportation funding pilot program on December 31, 2026.
