Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-803 to require the Department of Child Safety to disclose the identity of the person who made a report of abuse or neglect to the investigated parent, guardian, or custodian if the department finds the report unsubstantiated and terminates its investigation.

Adds a new continuing education requirement in section 13-3620 mandating that persons required to report abuse or neglect annually participate in continuing education on identifying signs of abuse and false reporting of abuse.

Makes technical corrections to section 13-3620 by renumbering subsection O as P and subsection P as Q.
