Requires school policies and procedures for diaper changes to include provisions that any individual changing a diaper for a child with a disability must be the same biological sex as the child, except as provided in subsection B.

Grants parents of children with disabilities the right to meet each individual who changes or assists in changing their child's diaper.

Allows parents to review records and log entries related to their child's diaper changes, including the names of individuals performing the changes.

Permits parents to provide written consent during individualized education program (IEP) meetings to allow individuals of a different biological sex than their child to perform diaper changes.
