Requires the Arizona Supreme Court to make available and post all published Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinions on its website.

Each posted opinion must be searchable by word and include notation of the opinion's current status, including whether it remains valid or has been modified or overturned in whole or in part.

Requires all courts of record, justice courts, and municipal courts to include a link to the searchable database on each court's public website.

Amends the publication requirements for court opinions to update outdated language regarding volume production and printing procedures.
