Allows foster home licensees with active licenses to request an inactive license status from the department.

Licensees with inactive licenses are not eligible for child placements and are exempt from renewal fees, training requirements, and visitation requirements.

Inactive licenses are valid for five years, and licensees may reactivate at any time during this period by following the standard renewal process.

Department may terminate an inactive license if the licensee fails to reactivate by the expiration date listed on the license.
