Prohibits governmental entities and businesses in Arizona from requiring employees or the public to wear masks or face coverings on their premises, except for long-standing workplace safety and infection control measures unrelated to COVID-19.

Prohibits government entities from requiring residents to receive COVID-19 vaccinations or any COVID-19 variant vaccines.

Prohibits businesses from requiring employees or contract workers to receive COVID-19 vaccinations or variant vaccines as a condition of employment, except when required by federal law.

Defines "governmental entity" as the state and any political subdivision that receives and uses state tax revenues, including the judiciary.
