Department of Transportation shall develop a zero emission vehicle plan in coordination with the Department of Environmental Quality and Department of Administration.

Plan is designed to increase the number of registered zero emission vehicles in Arizona, establish interstate and intrastate zero emission vehicle corridors, and coordinate installation of zero emission vehicle infrastructure.

Department of Transportation must submit a draft of the zero emission vehicle plan to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker of the House within six months of the effective date.

Defines "zero emission vehicle" as a vehicle that does not emit exhaust gas or other pollutants from the onboard source of power.
