Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-542 to allow county recorders to operate on-site early voting locations during the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday immediately preceding election day if the recorder can timely revise precinct registers and election materials to track which voters have already voted.

Permits on-site early voting during the weekend before election day contingent on the county's ability to update voter rolls and other election materials in time for Election Day operations.

Maintains existing requirements that electors present identification to vote at on-site early voting locations and may update voter registration information at these locations.

Preserves all other early voting procedures, including the 93-day window for requesting early ballots and the requirement that requests received by the 11th day before the election be distributed between the 27th and 24th days before the election.
