Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1155 regarding the filing and resolution of complaints against licensed contractors.

Corrects grammatical language in subsection B by replacing "thereof" with "of the citation" for clarity in describing service of citation and complaint procedures.

Maintains the 10-day deadline for licensees to file written answers to citations and complaints with the registrar.

Prohibits the registrar from issuing citations for deficient workmanship if the contractor is not given 15 days to inspect the work after written notice, or if the work has been subject to neglect, modification, or abnormal use.

Allows the registrar to investigate complaints without waiting the 15-day inspection period before proceeding.
