Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15, Chapter 9, Article 1 by adding section 15-901.04 to establish teacher salary increases for fiscal year 2023-2024.

Increases the base level for fiscal year 2023-2024 by an unspecified amount (blank in bill text) to raise the average salary of Arizona teachers to equal the median salary of public school teachers in the United States.

Defines "teacher" to include nonadministrative personnel who instruct students or support student academic achievement, including certified teachers, classroom teachers, early childhood teachers, mentor teachers, instructional coaches, and academic interventionists.

Applies to all eligible teachers as defined, allowing school district governing boards and charter school governing bodies to determine which personnel qualify under the definition.
