Maintains existing requirements for polling place designation at least twenty days before general or primary elections and ten days before special elections.

Preserves provisions allowing adjacent precincts to be combined, voting centers to replace traditional polling places, and emergency voting centers under specific board resolutions.

Continues requirements for public records of polling place locations and regulations on electioneering within seventy-five feet of polling places.
