Amends Section 15-975, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding state and local assistance to school districts.

Removes language requiring student enrollment and attendance information to be submitted electronically "in a format provided" to the superintendent of public instruction.

Clarifies that records of student count shall be kept to make readily ascertainable the attendance of pupils residing in each county portion of a joint common school district.

Specifies that for joint common school districts, each county portion shall be regarded as a separate school district for purposes of determining state, county, and federal monies payable.

Establishes that the net valuation of the part of a school district within each county determines "assessed valuation" for applying provisions related to contract classroom teachers.
