• Appropriates $31,422,000 to the State Department of Corrections from the general fund to replace evaporative cooling statewide with HVAC systems.

• Appropriates $444,243,000 to the Department of Transportation from the state highway fund for planning and constructing state highways, acquiring rights-of-way, and debt service on highway construction bonds.

• Appropriates $35,000,000 to the Department of Transportation from the state aviation fund for planning, constructing, and improving state and local airports, with additional allocations of $1,776,400 to Arizona Game and Fish Department and $214,200 to Arizona State Lottery Commission for building renewal.
