Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-899 to update the definition of "hearing evaluation services" by changing grammatical language from "which" to "that" and from "identification" to "identifying."

Modifies the definition of "hearing screening evaluation" to use the phrase "evaluating" instead of "the evaluation of" when describing ability to hear certain frequencies at consistent loudness.

Expands the definition of "private education program" to include preschool programs, in addition to kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Expands the definition of "public education program" to include preschool programs, in addition to kindergarten through twelfth grade.
